GUIDELINES

1. Eligibility:
   1. The savings deposit promotion is open to all existing and new customers of Bangko Pangasinan, A Rural Bank Inc.
   2. Customers must have a valid Savings Account with the bank.
2. Promotion Period:
   1. The promotion will run from Junel, 2023 up to June 30, 2023.
   2. All eligible deposits will be qualified to this promo.
3. Qualifying Deposit:
   1. Only deposits made into Savings Account will be considered for this promotion
   2. The qualifying deposit amount to be eligible on the promo starts at Ten Thousand Pesos (P10, 000.00).
4. Deposit Categories: The promotion offers competitive interest rates based on the deposit amount.

5. Communication:
   1. The Savings Deposit promotion will be advertised through various channels including the bank's website, social media platforms, and in-branch posters.
   2. Information about the promotion including qualifying deposit amounts will be clearly communicated to the customers.
6. Terms & Conditions:
   1. Customers must maintain the qualifying deposit in their Savings Account for a minimum period from June 1, 2023 up to December 31, 2023 to be eligible for the promotion.
   2. In the event of pre mature withdrawal, the interest rate will be ONLY computed at .05%/quarter.
   3. In the event of closure of the account, the customer will automatically be disqualified on the set promotion guidelines of deposit generation.
   4. The bank reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, as per its discretion.
7. Legal & Regulatory:
   1. The Savings Deposit promotion is subject to all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines set forth by the banking regulatory authorities.
   2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant authorities.
