Bangko Pangasinan gets new insights on marketing, leadership and customer service

The banking business is not just about money and making money — but more so about building relationships with the community so that customers get the service they deserve.

This was among the key values emphasized during a daylong workshop and team building for the officers and staff of Bangko Pangasinan at the Dagupan Village Hotel in Pangasinan last February 22.

Led by BPang’s human resources department, the activity provided employees with a refresher course on the basics of marketing and according quality service to its various clientele.

It was a resounding success as everyone who participated was able to bring home something new to help them in their profession.

 

 

 

PBcom branch manager Malou Cuison gave  the lectures on marketing and customer service.

Dr. Rev. Manuel Soroaster Gatchalian laid down principles and practices on leadership.
