It was a productive day at Bangko Pangasinan last May 8 after staff members got a refresher course on some basic and vital banking aspects to make their work more efficient and fulfilling.
Though most of the rank and file employees already had a clear grasp of their specific tasks, the six-hour training motivated them to approach their jobs with renewed enthusiasm.
The crash course also equipped them with better ways to handle loan documentation and packaging, preparation and analysis of cash flow and balance sheets.
The men and women of Bangko Pangasinan were also shown new ways for analyzing profit and loss statement and financial ratios, among others.
