Pangasinan will be spearheading the 2009 JOINT CONFEDERATION OF LUZON RURAL BANKS (JCNLRB) 2009 Annual Management Conference on January 21-23, 2009 at the Oasis Hotel in San Fernando City, La Union.  The event will be preceded by a golf tournament at the Thunderbird Resort on January 21.  The theme for this Conference is “Efficiency and Productivity through Camaraderie”.
